“We had to request a new room due to not being clean. In new room, bathroom door would not open. We had tiny bugs show up on our room and had no food out. No place to gather as group to play games.”

“This was the perfect place for our family of 4. The condo was clean, and well appointed with all of the things you could need. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels annd extra pillows. Enjoyed having a washer and dryer to clean some of our beach laundry! Location was great! The grounds were beautiful, but sadly, there was a bit of trash around and lots of trash in the lagoon by the pool. Did not seem to be something that was taken care of regularly. The pools were...

“This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this.”
